 Model of the car:Neon/se
General comments:I am a full time college student that was looking for a I was looking around on the internet and found a blue 2003 dodge neon se with 18.610 miles on it. When I looked at the price I soon said to my self. What is wrong with it, becuase every car I had looked at for a dodge neon quoted was around 10,000 for a 02 model. I checked out the record on the car at carfax.com. it checked out with what the dealer gave me. It was a car that belonged to a major rental company in sanfransisco california.Taking a big chance I went for the deal. I flew down to vegas from elko nevada. About 450 miles from vegas. The dealership picked me up. Right when I saw the car I new it was the one. I signed the papers and out the door I went. I went to the gas station right after I left because the dealer gave me 20 bucks to fill it. At 2.14 a gal it cost me 10.14 to sill a half tank. I went to start it and it wouldn't turn over. I tought I had bought a lemon. I called the dealership and it turns out they forgot to take out the anti theft starter fuse. They guided me to disconect that device over the phone and I continued on my way home. I made it all the way home without filling the tank once. On the way home I encountered 4 inches of snow. The car handled impressivly. I have had it for about 3 weeks and havent been disatisfied with it yet. The stock speakers is the best part of the whole car in my opinion.
What things have gone wrong with the car:Engine could be bigger.
 Previous car:1981 Chevy El Camino
