| | Model of the car: | Dodge Neon | | | General comments: | The Neon is a great car. I have the standard 5 speed transmission and it boasts quite a bit of pickup for a Neon. It's a nice ride, and plenty of room in the front & back. I have a pair of subwoofers in the trunk and I still have rum to put a golf bag in, even 2. The engine performs well. At about 28,000 miles it started jerking around, so I bought some new spark plug wires and it was fixed, simple as that. Only spend $40, so far nothing else has gone wrong. You get a bit of engine noise in the cabin, but nothing too loud. I notice lately that the paint job isn't the best, but hey I only paid 12,000 brand new. There are a few spots here and there on the car, looks to be like small almost unnoticable rust spots. I may get the car repainted in a year or 2. Overall, the car is a great value and hasn't given me any trouble. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Engine Noise
