Neon Sport
| | Model of the car: | Neon Sport | | | General comments: | Would recommend to anyone who wants cheap fun. Also, fairly reliable for me, even though I onbly had it 9 months, I put over 15,000 miles on it, and they weren't easy ones (delivered pizzas in it). Had to replace a wheel bearing, but no major problems and still running great when I sold it at 92,000 miles. Good first car, or sporty commuter. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | A few squeaks and rattles; general feeling of cheapness about the materials of the car. Difficult to drive smooothly, throttle response was somewhat balky. Noisy engine, that could be fun sometimes, too. | | | Previous car: | Honda Accord (smoother, more refined, but not as good a value) Ford Escort (older model, no comparison) |
